Approximately 5.2 acres of public park and plaza space spanning Woodall Rodgers Freeway from St. Paul Street to Pearl Street.
A transportation tunnel system that encompasses Woodall Rodgers Freeway from St. Paul Street to Pearl Street and includes life safety systems as outlined by TxDOT. The Deck structure will consist of pre-stressed concrete box beams with infrastructure and park plaza.
